As Digital Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of content-led digital initiatives. You’ll work closely with content authors, UX designers, developers, marketing, communications, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure digital experiences are delivered efficiently, accurately, and at scale. This role requires both strong delivery capability and hands-on AEM content production expertise. Key Responsibilities Digital Production & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across enterprise websites Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones across content, design, and development Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans and prioritised backlogs Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives Content Creation & Governance Create, edit, review, and publish web pages, landing pages, and campaign content Ensure content is customer-centric, brand-aligned, and written in plain language Apply best practices in SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and information architecture Coordinate legal, compliance, and stakeholder approvals Conduct regular content audits and optimisation activities Adobe AEM Platform Delivery Act as the delivery lead for AEM-based digital experiences Manage content authoring, workflows, publishing, and governance within AEM Collaborate with developers and UX teams on templates, components, and page structures Coordinate use of AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), and multi-site capabilities Support platform upgrades and content-related enhancements Quality & Optimisation Ensure content meets accessibility, governance, and security standards Coordinate QA, accessibility testing, and UAT Use analytics and customer insights to improve digital performance Contribute to content standards, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives Essential Experience Proven experience as a Digital Producer, Content Producer, or Digital Delivery professional Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (authoring and publishing) Demonstrated experience managing content for enterprise-scale websites Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models Strong understanding of UX, content design, and digital publishing best practices Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams Highly Regarded Experience with AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), workflows, and component-based authoring Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital performance optimisation Experience in regulated or large corporate environments Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Adobe Analytics Relevant AEM, Agile, or content design certifications Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Content Design, or related discipline Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
