The Opportunity: An innovative and developing business our client, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Machine Wire Drawing Operator, with forklift licence. to join the growing warehouse team in Braeside on Day, Afternoon and Night shift This job requires someone who is physically fit. Monday to Friday,7.30am - 3.30pm, 3.30pm - 1130pm, 11.30pm-7.30am. Our client is a global industry leader in the manufacturing of high-quality electrical cables to supply for around the world. This is a great opportunity to expand your current skill base. The pay rate for Dayshift $35.00 - $41.25 pending on experience Penalties Super-Temp to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Tasks will include: Trouble Shooting / Problem Solving Techniques. Start up and shutdown of machines. Quality control of product. The ability to read and understand drawings. Daily running of machines (copper wire cabling machines) Quality Assurance Computer programming (setting up measurements) Other warehouse duties when required. Able to meet quick turnaround times. Skills and experience required: Prior experience in Wire Cabling machine operating or a similar role preferred but not mandatory willingness to learn and work as a team essential. Physically Fit and healthy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Initiative, punctuality, and reliability. Excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail.
