We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Technician / Machine Operator to join our team in a stable, long‑term position. You will operate production equipment, support warehouse activities, and contribute to the performance of a small, dedicated team. Key responsibilities include: Setting, adjusting and operating production machinery to meet output targets Monitoring product quality and completing accurate production records Constructing and packing cartons Loading/unloading trucks and unpacking containers Pallet management and general warehouse/factory tasks Replenishing raw materials for production lines This role includes manual handling, so physical fitness is essential. About You We are looking for someone who brings experience, maturity and a proactive approach. You will ideally have: Experience in machine operation, production, or similar technical roles Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability A high level of reliability, work ethic and personal responsibility Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality A current forklift licence (desirable) Availability to work afternoon shifts during peak periods Experience in packaging or printing environments, or knowledge of GMP/5S, will be highly regarded.
