About the Role ALS Food & Pharmaceutical in Rydalmere is seeking a full-time Client Services Officer for our successful Client Services team. We work closely with our clients to provide quality technical and analytical advice as well as facilitating project delivery through effective communication and project management. We’re looking for a self-motivated and proactive learner who understands business and client requirements and who is confident to service Food and Pharmaceutical clients. This is a permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM. The Day to Day: Develop, nurture and maintain client relationships both internal and external. Investigate, advise and resolve client queries including quote preparation and follow through Promote ALS services via phone, email, onsite and offsite client interactions Project implementation and monitoring ‘managed’ projects through the laboratory The Essentials : Proactive and driven by a strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience Adept at organisation and multitasking to juggle competing priorities Demonstrate professionalism and thrive in a front-facing environment A strong proficiency in computer applications (MS Suite, industry-based) Experience in Laboratories and/or Bachelor of Science (Chemistry/Science or similar) desirable but not essential Experience in a similar commercial laboratory (desirable).
