Core Talent has partnered with an established and award-winning construction company to recruit a Bid Coordinator to join their growing Sydney-based team. Working closely with the Bid Manager and wider pre-construction team, you will support the end-to-end coordination of bids, EOIs, capability statements, and tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered to strict deadlines. The Role: In this position, you will support the bid team throughout the entire submission process, helping to ensure each opportunity is presented professionally and competitively. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating the preparation and submission of EOIs, capability statements and tender submissions Assisting with kick-off and review meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes Ensuring submissions are compliant with client requirements and delivered on time via the correct portals Proofreading and formatting tender documentation to ensure clarity, consistency and high presentation standards Supporting the development and maintenance of the bid library, including project case studies and CVs Assisting with panel applications and pre-qualifications Preparing hard copy submissions, including printing, binding and organising courier deliveries when required Supporting the preparation of post-tender interview presentations and supporting materials Liaising with internal stakeholders across estimating, business development, project delivery and leadership teams About You: This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced bid environment and enjoys managing multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
