Quality & Compliance Nurse (Community Aged Care) – Nationwide role - REMOTE We are looking for an experienced Aged Care Nurse who has significant experience in Quality & Compliance to join a National Home Care Provider in this newly created role within the business. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, pro active and ideally experience in remote monitoring. Overview The role will be overseeing the quality and compliance across the business (across Australia) Working in Home Care/Community Aged Care You will report to the Director Full time role – Monday to Friday – flexible working hours to suit you This role is a remote role working from home AHPRA RN or experienced EEN $ Salary is flexible depending upon experience Experience in community or residential aged care – ESSENTIAL! Brief Overview of Duties Quality and Consumer Engagement Monthly Client of concern meetings Remote Clinical Monitoring & Support IPC, Best practice, Access and Equity Complex clinical, Client risk & risk enablement Assist in maintaining compliance with current Aged Care Quality Standards Contribute to audits, internal reviews and quality reporting Develop and maintain policies, procedure and documentation Prepare written reports and compliance documentation Support and help implement continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to strengthen systems Requirements AHPRA RN or EEN required You need to have previously held a Quality/Compliance role in Aged Care - non-negotiable I'm afraid Solid, stable tenure in previous permanent roles (not agency work or contract work) Experience in community or residential aged care – ESSENTIAL Previous experience working remotely and autonomously - highly regarded Strong working knowledge of the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards and understanding of the new standards framework Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing reports and quality documentation The ability to work independently and proactively These roles are in high demand and extremely competitive, so we kindly ask that you only apply if you meet the criteria outlined above.
