We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join the team at Ray Swift Moutrage & Associates' in Phillip ACT immediately. This role will involve managing the financial records and accounts for our small practice. You will need to have had a minimum of 1 year of experience, be proficient in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial and trust accounting records using MYOB and LEAP systems. A successful applicant will be required to process invoices, receipts, payments, reconcile bank statements and perform other financial duties on a regular basis. Previous experience in bookkeeping in a small practice, strong attention to detail, and a keen eye for accuracy is essential.
