Digital Change Coordinator Your new company You’ll join a high‑performing Digital Change and Transformation team supporting major enterprise programs. This role sits at the intersection of digital adoption, change enablement, content creation and stakeholder engagement, helping uplift capability across the organisation. Your new role As the Digital Change Coordinator, you will support end‑users as they transition to new digital systems and tools. Your work will focus on digital adoption, intuitive content creation, uplift of change capability and hands‑on guidance to help staff confidently navigate new processes. Key Responsibilities Digital Adoption & Change Enablement: Provide practical, step‑through support for staff adopting new digital systems (not formal training). Produce easy‑to‑follow system guides using digital adoption tools (e.g. Scribe, WalkMe‑style platforms). Review intranet analytics and digital communication performance to recommend improvements. Broader support across change, digital communications, analytics and capability uplift. System owner/administrator: Manage content from SMEs and ensure accuracy and quality. Build in‑system prompts, pop‑ups and guided journeys to support user adoption. Content Creation & PMO Support Maintain and update project and program procedures, standards and operational guides. Create short videos, visual explainers and written content for change and PMO audiences. Contribute to digital capability uplift initiatives and learning management content. What you'll need to succeed Experience in digital adoption, digital guidance tools or system‑help content creation (WalkMe beneficial but not essential).Strong experience with content management systems, intranet authoring or digital communications. Ability to translate complex system steps into simple, user‑friendly instructions. Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
