You will manage the performance and continuous improvement of key platforms including SAP ERP, SAP EAM, and a range of corporate systems supporting HR, Finance, Training and Procurement. As the primary connection between technical teams and business users, you will provide direction, prioritise system enhancements, and ensure reliable, secure operations. Learn more here About you To be successful in this role you will: Lead and develop a high performing team responsible for enterprise business systems, ensuring alignment with Agency priorities. Oversee the portfolio, managing requirements, and service delivery to ensure outcomes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications that reflect customer needs. Define technology solutions that support business objectives. Lead SAP operations, ensuring system stability, delivering expert guidance, and resolving complex issues. Drive system standardisation and implement industry best practices across platforms. Foster collaborative relationships with ICT specialists and emergency services partners to support coordinated service delivery Ensure high-quality technical documentation aligned with ICT standards.
