You will: Source, qualify, and close your own opportunities (with inbound and outbound support) Position Liviti’s services as a logical next step, not a hard sell Own your pipeline end-to-end like a business owner This role rewards output, not activity. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct high-trust sales consultations (Zoom / phone) Diagnose client goals, objections, and decision barriers quickly Present Liviti’s Buyer’s Agency and Advisory services with authority Close high-ticket deals confidently and ethically Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and deal momentum Coordinate clean handovers to Buyer’s Agents post-sale What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable) Proven experience closing $20K offers (property, advisory, coaching, consulting, finance, or similar) Success in commission-only or contractor sales environments Comfort leading conversations with affluent or sophisticated buyers Strong objection handling without manipulation or fluff High personal accountability — no excuses, no passengers We favour doers who close, not talkers who explain.
