Little Peoples Early Learning Centre Enrolments & Family Engagement Officer Full Time | Immediate Start Little Peoples Early Learning Centre is seeking a confident, professional and relationship-focused Enrolments & Family Engagement Officer to manage the enrolment journey and build strong connections with families across our services. This role is responsible for guiding families from their initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolment, while supporting centres to maintain strong occupancy and positive community engagement. About the Role · Manage all new family enquiries (phone, email, website and walk-ins) · Proactively follow up enquiries to maximise tour bookings and enrolment conversions · Book tours in consultation with Centre Supervisors · Liaise closely with our office accounts and operations team regarding room availability, waitlists and enrolment targets · Maintain accurate waitlists and track enquiry conversion rates · Assist families with enrolment documentation · Support occupancy across services by monitoring vacancies and upcoming placements · Represent Little Peoples at shopping centre promotional stands and community events · Promote our services within the local community to increase awareness and enquiries About You · Strong sales, customer service, administration or enrolment experience · Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with families · Highly organised with excellent attention to detail · Proactive with follow-up and relationship management · Able to liaise professionally with Centre Supervisor and leadership teams · Professional presentation and strong brand representation skills · Comfortable working both in the office and at community promotional events and shopping centre stands Key Outcomes & Performance Focus · Strong enquiry-to-tour conversion rate · High tour-to-enrolment conversion rate · Improved occupancy levels · Accurate waitlist management · Increased community awareness of Little Peoples Early Learning Centre Why Little Peoples?
