The company is based in Henderson and is looking for an experienced Mobilisation Co‑ordinator to join a highly talented, growing team. Responsibilities Reporting to the National Manager, ensure the office, its functions, processes, and procedures run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. Provide mobilisation, onboarding, and administrative support. Update and maintain all employee details in both internal and client systems. Monitor training records and ensure staff maintain current accreditations. Prepare accurate and timely contracts and quotations for the company's diverse mining clients. Coordinate an organised and streamlined onboarding process for all new starters. Ensure travelling personnel are site‑compliant by verifying the required documentation, including first aid, medicals, training, and inductions. Understand and adhere to the specific site and client mobilisation processes. Communicate site and client mobilisation processes and travel information effectively to travelling personnel. Keep an open and cooperative dialogue with the client regarding mobilisation requirements and updates. Arrange site‑specific training if required. Manage procurement, including requirements for field staff, PPE, and field consumables. Manage site staff and guide the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the operations team goals. Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts by providing consistent communication and high‑quality service. Qualifications A minimum of 1–2 years of mobilisation or workforce coordination experience is required. Experience in the mining, resources or energy industry is preferred.
