Role DescriptionBest Home Therapy is seeking a dedicated Community Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to clients in the Geelong area. This role is primarily focused on Home Care Package clients, with a NDIS caseload.In this part-time remote role, the therapist will collaborate with clients to assess their needs, complete home safety and functional assessments, prescribe equipment and assistive technology, and implement practical, goal-driven intervention plans. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, providing falls prevention strategies, supporting functional independence, completing relevant reports and maintaining clear and timely documentation.The role centres on promoting independence, safety, and quality of life while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
