The important parts: Pay: $67-76 per hour Super Duration: 12-month tenure, with a further 12-month extension option Hours: Monday–Friday, Hobart based Candidates must be Australian citizens What you will be required to do: You will provide high‑quality, trauma‑informed clinical support to individuals and families accessing mental health services. This is a hands‑on, client‑focused role working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence‑based care. Conduct clinical intake, assessment, and risk evaluations. Provide individual, couple and family counselling. Develop care plans, treatment formulations, and progress reviews. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes. Consult with internal teams, families, and external treatment providers. Participate in case reviews, professional supervision, and ongoing development. Co‑facilitate group programs and psychoeducation sessions. Support service quality, continuity of care and consistent client experience. To be successful in the role you will: Hold registration as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Counsellor, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse- Bring experience delivering clinical assessments and evidence‑based interventions. Demonstrate confidence working with complex presentations and trauma‑informed care. Communicate clearly and professionally with strong emotional intelligence- Maintain high‑quality documentation and manage competing clinical priorities. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Be initiative-taking, adaptable, and solutions‑focused. Be an Australian citizen and able to obtain Baseline clearance.
