About the Role As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client has a positive experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Providing face-to-face customer service at reception Greeting customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude Ensuring customers receive the best possible service experience Answering enquiries via telephone, email and in person Keeping customers effectively updated on vehicle progress Exploring customer needs and educating them on our full scope of services and products Issuing invoices and raising job authorities as required Scheduling repair bookings and managing workshop diaries Resolving customer concerns and following up on queries Supporting the Service Centre Manager with administrative and daily operational tasks About You The successful candidate will ideally possess: Sound computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A professional phone manner and presentation Strong customer service experience High level of organisation and attention to detail Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to create solutions for customers A current and valid driver’s licence (essential) Previous automotive industry experience (highly regarded but not essential) Why Join Us?
