As the Manager Employee Relations, Rail, you will shape IR strategy, guide complex matters, and represent the organisation in significant forums from enterprise bargaining to tribunal advocacy. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, executives, and unions, building trusted relationships and driving outcomes that support a positive and productive workforce. About you You are an experienced industrial relations professional with strong knowledge of workplace legislation and enterprise agreements. Special Conditions A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years. Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
