About the Company Furphy Engineering – Shepparton Join a respected, 5th‑generation Australian manufacturer and play a key role in coordinating production planning, scheduling, and document control for its Fabricated Products division. We’re looking for a highly organised coordinator who can keep information, materials, drawings, and schedules aligned so our customers receive their orders on time, in full, and to specification. About the Role Coordinate production schedules and update workflow plans.Maintain drawing revisions, ECNs, and production documentation.Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system.Review BOMs, raise purchase orders, and follow up suppliers.Ensure materials, drawings, and job cards are ready for production.Support estimating for standard and non‑standard products.Communicate schedule updates and dispatch timing to stakeholders.About You Experience in estimating, purchasing, production admin or manufacturing coordination.Able to read and interpret technical fabrication drawings.Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics ideal).Confident using scheduling tools (MS Project or ClickUp).Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.Valid Australian or International Driver’s Licence. Desirable: exposure to steel fabrication, ISO 9001, or post‑fabrication processes; tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Business.
