BTR Excavations are a family-owned business and are committed to long term tenure of our valued employees. The Position: We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Civil Construction projects or working alongside senior team members. This role may suit a graduate engineer looking to further their career in the Civil Construction area with a view to career growth. This role will be under the supervision of our senior Project Managers with scope for the successful applicant to further their career pathway into Project Management. PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY Key Responsibilities: Manage civil construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain project schedules, and resources. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of wastewater and/or water main utilities is highly desirable, but not essential. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CAD software. Ability to work effectively to ensure tight deadlines are delivered. Valid Australian driver's license.
