Chocolate Destinations Group is recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Café Team Leader at our stunning Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery. This important and exciting role will see you working closely with the Café Manager leading the passionate team in our 300 seat Café which is open 9am to 5pm, 7 days per week. The Role We’re looking for a confident and experienced FOH professional to help lead service on the floor. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the rhythm of service. You’ll work closely with our Cafe Manager, Café Supervisor and kitchen team to ensure smooth, high-energy shifts with warmth and precision. We’re seeking someone who can hold standards, support the team and maintain calm control during busy services. We’re ideally hiring on a permanent full-time basis (38 hours), working Wednesday to Sunday. Part-time (30-32 hours) may be considered for the right candidate.
