About the Role Working Monday to Friday, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and within a team of people who focus on ensuring our customers and staff receive quality and efficient service. Location This position will be based at our Welshpool branch. Responsibilities include: Picking and packing of customer orders General warehousing duties including checking and unloading inwards goods Serving and advising customers at the sales counter Assisting with stock counts Computer operation Provide exceptional customer service to efficiently take phone sales Respond to phone calls, assisting customers and the Company’s employees to optimise sales Manage and process customer orders, quotations and enquiries Provide product support and advise customers on product solutions Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets Site deliveries (if required) Retail product presentation as required Operation of Forklift (if licensed) Ensuring adherence to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and other Policies Any other duties as required within your skill level and qualifications About You Our employees are selected not only for their skills but also for their abilities to become valued team members.
