Working closely with the Human Resource & Administration Manager, this role provides vital support across recruitment, HR processes, payroll preparation and general administration. Key Responsibilities This role will support a wide range of HR and administrative activities, including: Assisting with job ads, interview coordination and onboarding documentation Maintaining accurate personnel files and HRIS data Preparing routine HR correspondence and supporting compliance tasks Providing administrative support for low‑complexity employment relations processes Compiling and checking payroll data for review Supporting administration and student services teams as required Delivering professional, friendly service to staff, visitors and contractors Key Requirements A personal commitment to the King's vision, mission and values underpinning the delivery of a Christian-based education to students is essential to this role. The role also requires: Professional, warm and discreet with confidential information Highly organised with strong attention to detail A clear and respectful communicator Confident following established processes Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems A positive team contributor, willing to help where needed Experience and/or qualifications in HR or administrative support (desirable) Mandatory Reporting certification Working With Children Check Hours & Conditions This is a permanent part time position (15 hours) across 44 weeks per year (inclusive of 4 weeks paid annual leave). Standard hours are across Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with some flexibility required. It is expected that this role will grow in terms of hours and responsibilities and ideally ongoing success in the role will require this willingness to move with the role needs.
