Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support our operations and help keep our projects running efficiently. About the Role Based primarily at our warehouse in Dry Creek, this role is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, equipment and deliveries across multiple job sites. You will play a key role in ensuring each project has the correct materials prepared, tracked and dispatched on time. This position suits someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and understands the importance of organisation within a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and stock control Track formwork systems, tools and equipment across multiple sites Prepare and coordinate daily truck loads and dispatch requirements Maintain accurate asset registers and delivery documentation Check incoming and outgoing deliveries for accuracy Liaise closely with site supervisors to meet project requirements Ensure trucks leave fully equipped and on schedule Maintain WHS compliance within the yard and loading areas About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience in warehouse coordination or construction logistics Is highly organised with strong attention to detail Communicates clearly and confidently with site teams Holds a forklift licence (essential), HR License, and White Card (appropriate tickets) Works independently and takes ownership of their role Understands the pace and demands of construction projects You must be reliable, practical, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
