Strengthen Centre Leadership Teams to drive quality, compliance and culture.Use data and insights to guide decisions across operations, quality and financial performance. Drive continuous improvement, A&R readiness and Exceeding practice across your region. Partner with Journey’s ecosystem of experts across Quality, People & Culture, Educational Leadership, Operations and Compliance. Regularly travel between Bendigo, Kyneton and Echuca to provide hands‑on, responsive support. You will also play a central role in the successful opening and early stabilisation of our new purpose-built centre.About YouYou’re a leader who knows how to lift others. You bring:Multi‑site leadership or strong Centre Manager experience within ECEC.A coaching mindset with a disciplined approach to performance management. Strong capability in quality frameworks, compliance and regulatory expectations. Clear, confident communication and an ability to build strong relationships. A values‑led approach grounded in Connection, Consideration and Communication.
