About the role: We are looking for an experienced Benefits & Wellbeing specialist —ideally with experience in working in a large multinational setting to join our team for six months. Your responsibilities will include: Project management of benefit and wellbeing programs for Asia Pacific Delivery, analysis and management of existing and new benefits programs Proactive review and analysis of legislative and market data Develop business cases for new benefits initiatives Manage and execute benefits & wellbeing communications plan including the annual wellbeing calendar and mental health month. Develop, manage and maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships Manage and execute insurance renewals across Asia Pacific Maintenance of employee benefits data and systems. Responsibility for maintenance and updating of leave and other benefits policies Coordinating EAP responses, leaders sessions and payment of invoices Day to day management of benefit queries Projects in support of Human Resources initiatives About you: We are looking for someone who will hit the ground running by utilising your: excellent MS Skills and ability alongside your written and verbal communication strong benefits & wellbeing experience and knowledge ability to research and design business cases inter personal skills and stakeholder management to naturally build strong working relationships and execute projects, benefits expertise and data analysis skills to deliver well thought out recommendations effective administration skills and eye for process improvement creativity and drive to develop sound communications plans and deliver return on investment for our company benefits.
