Remote | $120,000 – $135,000 Super We’re partnering with a high-performing digital marketing agency looking for a B2C Strategy Lead to lead a newly formed performance pod. This is a senior role combining performance marketing strategy, client leadership and team management . You’ll lead a small team while owning strategy and performance outcomes across a portfolio of B2C clients. If you enjoy shaping strategy, mentoring marketers and building strong client partnerships — while still staying close enough to the platforms to guide direction — this role offers the perfect balance. The Role You’ll operate like a mini agency within the agency , leading a three-person performance pod. Key responsibilities include: Leading strategy across a portfolio of B2C clients (primarily eCommerce) Owning client relationships and ensuring retention and growth Overseeing performance across Google Ads, paid social and other performance channels Managing and mentoring two performance marketers Driving strong commercial outcomes and ensuring pod profitability Guiding campaign structure, optimisation and strategic direction What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have strong B2C performance marketing experience Be confident in Google Ads / SEM strategy Understand paid social channels Have experience owning client relationships Have experience managing or mentoring team members Be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment This role is ideal for someone who has grown from hands-on performance marketing into a more strategic leadership role .
