About the role We are seeking a Reach Stacker Operator / Yard Hand to join our team at TOTAL Containers WA in Wattleup, WA. If you wish to be part of a fast-paced, innovative business and driving operational excellence then this is the role for you. As the Reach Stacker Operator you will be responsible for loading / unloading trucks, stacking containers in correct stacks, along with moving containers around the yard to the various work areas to ensure maximum productivity. Additional yard hand duties required including container inspections, and ensuring containers are ready for dispatch. What you'll be doing – Full training provided Operation of Reach Stacker / Empty Handler / 16T fork Gating containers in and out through FMT (Fork Mounted Terminal) Stacking containers according to TOTAL Containers grading specifications Container Inspections Sticker containers with Company Logo’s as required In conjunction with the Depot Supervisor, ensure all containers are Quality Checked prior to release for sale / hire. Qualifications & Experience RS license is mandatory, with experience operating in a container yard Experience or some basic knowledge working with shipping containers Experience working in an operational yard Experience using handheld devices preferred About you Current driver’s license Current RS License Current LF License Reliable and motivated Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to improve their skills in the container industry Willingness to assist in all aspects of the business where required Why Join Total Containers?
