Key Role: Act as a vital link between our production team and Senior Management. What you will be doing (but not limited to): Supporting the Handling Manager in ensuring KPI’s, productivity levels and compliance are all met Coordinate work for the team to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner to meet dispatch requirements and fulfill daily targets Champion the company’s policies and procedures, and ensure the team is adhering to all safety, quality and other requirements Loading of trucks Checking picking of product as per build sheets Assisting the team in their tasks Your skills and experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar leading hand role Ability to lead a group and drive performance results Effective and professional communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills A team player with attention to detail and advocate for safe work practices Reliable, punctual and proactive Physically fit (able to lift 25kg bags) Forklift License (essential) Current C Class (minimum) drivers licence Reliable means of transport Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check (including Drug and Alcohol testing) Please send through a cover letter and resume to apply.
