We are seeking a technically minded Technical Support & Systems Coordinator to join our team in Somerton Park. This role focuses on supporting our software platform and assisting hospitality venues with day-to-day technical enquiries. You will work closely with our internal technical team to help monitor systems, investigate issues, and ensure venues operate smoothly. The position suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working with systems, and being part of a team that supports live operational environments. Key Responsibilities Provide help desk support for our software platform Assist with technical enquiries and follow-ups from venues and partners Perform daily operational checks and reporting processes Assist with investigating technical issues and coordinating resolutions Support system testing and documentation Assist with general technical follow-ups and internal operational tasks Work closely with the technical team to support day-to-day operations About You We are looking for someone who: Is technically minded with strong problem-solving ability Communicates clearly and professionally Is organised and detail-oriented Is comfortable working with help desk or ticketing systems Enjoys troubleshooting and working through technical problems Has an interest in working with software systems and technical support environments Experience with help desk platforms, hospitality systems, CRM tools, or operational software environments would be advantageous but is not essential. Working Arrangement Based in Somerton Park Monday to Friday initially After the initial training period, the role will transition to Saturday coverage with a weekday off in lieu to support weekend operations
