You’ll be the first point of contact—advocating for our products, ensuring compliance, and identifying risks with confidence. This role requires strong communication and listening skills to accurately action member requests. You’ll work collaboratively in a supportive team environment, driven by shared goals and a positive culture. With two dedicated Branch Managers backing you, you’ll be set up for success. Key Responsibilities Engage with members across all TMBL brands to identify needs and recommend suitable products Build strong member relationships through quality conversations and education Work toward office targets and KPIs Process transactions, foreign exchange, and credit card applications accurately Identify third-party products aligned with member needs Ensure compliance with financial legislation and internal standards (e.g., NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy Act) About You Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in member services within a financial institution Knowledge of banking products and services FSR Tier 2 - RG146 accreditation (desirable) Cert IV in Financial Services or Finance & Mortgage Broking (desirable) About us: Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is one of the largest mutual banks in Australia.
