What You’ll Do As Centre Manager, You Will Lead, mentor and support a diverse team across activities, maintenance, kitchen, and cleaningCreate a positive, collaborative workplace where people enjoy coming to work.Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the entire centre—ensuring safety, quality, and smooth operations.Act as the key liaison for onsite teachers, providing high‑level communication and service.Ensure compliance, risk management and safety standards are consistently met.Manage rostering, performance, and operational planning.Support financial oversight including budgets, CAPEX projects and procurement.Help the centre evolve and grow as part of our broader business strategy.
