Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). • Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence. • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. • Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework. • Proven ability to support your team in the development of documentation on children’s learning. • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. • A passion for delivering exceptional care and education to young children. • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification. • The ability to maintain professional boundaries and model safe, respectful behaviour in all interactions with children. • The ability to identify, respond to, and report any concerns about child safety promptly and appropriately. • Willingness to contribute to a culture of continuous reflection, transparency, and accountability in child-safe practice. • Commitment to engage in ongoing training to ensure high-quality knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and legislative requirements.
