We are the mining services contractor for Bravus’ Carmichael Mine, creating jobs and opportunities for regional Queensland. What You’ll Do Measure volumes of material moved and blasted, and peg out areas to be mined Survey mine configuration and control, locate blast and exploration holes, and update site plans Maintain effective mechanisms to reconcile coal mining and overburden production with expected or planned performance Analyse and track loss and dilution in coal mining and support continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or a relevant discipline Authorised Mine Surveyor Grade 2 Experience as a surveyor in open cut coal mining operations Strong knowledge of surveying principles and reconciliation processes Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Proficient with Vulcan, Microsoft Office, and Point Studio G1, 8, 9 & G2 Current Driver’s Licence CASA Drone Licence Only applicants with the relevant experience and qualifications will be considered.
