The Role You’ll be part of a high-performing field team delivering: Commercial & high-quality residential HVAC-R installations Fault finding, diagnostics & servicing System upgrades & replacements Professional client communication on-site Mentoring apprentices and maintaining high standards We expect neat pipework, clean wiring, organised vans, and jobs done properly the first time. What We’re Looking For Essential: Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Current ARCtick Licence Manual Driver’s Licence Strong fault-finding and installation capability Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Highly Valued: Electrical Licence (or willingness to obtain – we’ll support dual trade pathway) Commercial experience Leadership capability or desire to step up If you’re reliable, solutions-focused, and don’t cut corners — you’ll fit in well here.
