We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a multi-site cleaning contract in NT . This dynamic role will be suitable for an ambitious experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team through an exciting period of growth to oversee a portfolio of sites. This is a hands-on role suited to a C2 or next step up. Your role will be critical in achieving company goals through continuous improvement, support, and direction of our cleaning teams and providing world-class customer service to our clients. Working closely with Head Office, you will focus on overseeing a portfolio of our clients and ground staff. This is your chance to join an organisation that is going through rapid growth! Key responsibilities that will be fundamental to your role not limited to include: Liaise with clients and cleaning teams on a daily basis. Oversee the operations at specific sites in order to achieve industry-leading standards of cleanliness and customer service. Cover missed shifts and work with cleaning teams where required. Work according to set budgetary constraints and retain profitability. Provide timely and accurate information to administration and ensure all staff are paid in accordance with the relevant awards and according to duties/hours of work. Conducting quality inspections, and reporting outcomes Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance. Initiate and provide client service solutions and actions to improve overall performance. Ensuring safe work practices are followed and that all assets are maintained. Incident and accident reporting, reviews and recommendations, toolbox talks. Oversee staff inductions and training. Oversee service provider compliance and management monitoring regulatory performance within your area of responsibility. Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement company Policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Business development assistance, quoting and selling our services. What you'll need to succeed: Cleaning industry experience and enjoy getting your hands dirty. Ability to juggle varying shifts of morning, daytime, and evening as required. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making ability Knowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules, and the Industry Award Experience managing teams while working remotely. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities Display excellent written, verbal, and reporting writing skills. Maintain a positive team culture.
