Due to growth within this organisation an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their customer centric team based in West Footscray and with a requirement to travel to the distribution warehouse also based in West Footscray. About the role Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be part of a supportive People and Cultures team within an organisation with an enviable collaborative culture. You will be responsible for all aspects of the talent acquisition, and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure new talent coming onboard has the same person-centred focus. Day to day your key responsibilities will consist of, not limited to: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, screening, interviewing, conducting all pre-employment checks Sourcing talent across various platforms and developing candidate pools / pipelines Continuous improvement, streamlining and automating processes and meeting compliance requirements Timely and effective management of requisitions Managing the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding including their first 20 days Building relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and partnering with external service providers, government departments, always delivering exceptional customer service About you and what you need 3 to 5 years' experience internal recruiting experience with high volume roles, including white and blue collar, operational professional and management levels and relevant industry experience in social, disability and or warehousing Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in Human resources, Psychology or associated discipline You have a solid customer experience bias and are results driven, being creative and innovative compliments your advanced computer systems and administration skills You will have knowledge and experience working with Modern awards and enterprise agreements Provide 2 professional references Current police check (reimbursed) Evidence of Citizenship or full working rights NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (reimbursed) About the offer Competitive Salary - $85,000 - $90,000 12% Super, Salary Packaging tax benefits (pay up to $6,000-$7000 less in taxes every year) Full time permanent opportunity WFO/WFH hybrid arrangement Staff discount benefit for all online store products Ongoing mentoring and professional development Brand new modern offices with great facilities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) So, if you feel you can add value and have what it takes for this rewarding opportunity and want to work and be part of an organisation that supports our vulnerable community to live independent and fulfilling lives, please apply, we would love to hear from you!
