We live by the AC3 Way : Work Wise Work Humble Work Honest Who are we looking for? This is a Senior Financial Accountant role within our Finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller. You’ll take ownership of key financial accounting outcomes across the business, including month‑end close, balance sheet integrity and statutory reporting. You’ll act as an escalation point for accounting matters and partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure strong financial control is maintained and leveraged. This role is hands‑on and includes leading and supporting two direct reports, helping maintain high standards across the finance function. What you’ll do Prepare and review monthly financial results in line with accounting standards and internal policies Coordinate external audit processes and act as a key audit liaison Prepare statutory reporting as required Ensure month‑end close deadlines are met with a high standard of accuracy Manage multiple revenue streams and associated direct costs across service lines (Managed Services, Professional Services, Procurement and Talent) Maintain strong balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues proactively Support compliance activities and strengthen internal controls Review and support the work of junior team members What we’d love to see Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system Strong experience managing month‑end close processes under strict deadlines Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting requirements Ability to manage and reconcile multiple revenue streams accurately Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to support and develop a small team Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related discipline CA or CPA qualification (required) A plus if you have… Experience in the IT or services industry Exposure to tools such as Expensify, Lightyear or Power BI What will you gain?
