A well-established Chartered Accounting firm is currently seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their growing team based in Gregory Hills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and experienced practice that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services to a diverse client base. The Firm With a long-standing presence in the market, this firm is led by three highly experienced Partners and supported by a team of around 12 accounting professionals, alongside an integrated financial planning division of approximately five staff. The firm prides itself on providing proactive advice and building long-term relationships with its clients. The team works closely together in a supportive environment where professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are at the core of everything they do. The Role As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you will work closely with the partners and senior team members while managing a varied portfolio of clients. The role offers exposure to a broad range of compliance and advisory work across different industries. Your responsibilities may include: Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals BAS, IAS and GST compliance Assisting with tax planning and advisory matters Working closely with partners on complex client matters Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting and mentoring junior staff (Senior level) Client Exposure The firm services a diverse range of SME clients, including businesses within transport, professional services and other industries, typically with turnovers ranging from $1M – $5M. This provides excellent exposure to varied and interesting work.
