About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise digital marketing retainers and projects. You’ll execute paid and organic campaigns, track performance, and deliver insights that drive tangible results. Key responsibilities: Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid social, SEM, and organic platforms. Manage day-to-day delivery for retained and project-based clients. Optimise campaigns to improve ROI through A/B testing, creative refreshes, bid adjustments, and targeting strategies. Support organic social strategy and execution for B2B clients. Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide clear reporting with actionable insights. Ensure all work is delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with client objectives. About You 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on experience in B2B organic social. Deep expertise in Meta and LinkedIn paid campaigns. Experienced in Google Ads management, keyword research (e.g., SEMrush), and SEM strategy. Skilled in analytics, KPI tracking, and dashboard reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.). Good working knowledge of WordPress CMS. Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects (tools such as Microsoft Planner, Monday.com, Jira). Desirable: SEO and generative engine optimisation experience. UX audits, wireframing, and conversion optimisation exposure. Digital strategy development and proposal scoping experience.
