Hybrid flexibility Glen Iris HQ Earn up to $90k per year Super Shape marketing in a growing national brand About the Role We are expanding our team so we’re seeking a driven and hands on Marketing Executive to support enrolment growth, program participation and brand engagement across TheirCare’ s Outside of School Hours Care programs. In this performance focused role, you’ll lead the execution and optimisation of day to day marketing activity across digital channels. You’ll create compelling content, deliver targeted campaigns aligned to enrolment cycles, maintain high performing digital platforms and use data insights to continuously refine marketing outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager – Programming and Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is timely, accurate, compliant and strategically aligned. Your work will directly contribute to increased awareness, enquiries and enrolments across services nationally. This is a full-time role located at our Glen Iris HQ with the option for hybrid work. Key Responsibilities Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries, and enrolments across BSC, ASC and Holiday Programs. Develop and manage engaging, on brand content across social media, website, and email channels aligned to enrolment timelines and growth targets. Maintain and optimise website content to ensure it is clear, compliant, SEO-aligned, and conversion focused. Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to support localised marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with operational priorities. About You This role will suit someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and motivated by achieving measurable results. You enjoy turning ideas into action, using data to improve performance, and taking ownership of outcomes. You will have; A strong digital marketing background with practical experience executing campaigns across social media, website, and email platforms. Confident using analytics and performance data to inform decisions and optimise results. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Solutions focused with the ability to work autonomously while building effective cross functional relationships. Experienced (or willing to develop capability) in platforms such as WordPress, Vision6/Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Excel, and Canva. Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline (desirable). Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain. Why work for us?
