About You A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. 7–10 years’ experience in civil engineering, ideally in land development. Strong background in roads , drainage , stormwater , pavements and bulk earthworks . Strong capability in 12D , with experience in DRAINS and MUSIC for stormwater modelling. Good knowledge of local council standards and Australian regulations. Able to manage projects and support junior engineers. CPEng or working towards it is advantageous. About the Role Deliver civil designs for residential and commercial developments. Prepare detailed design documentation and models. Coordinate with clients, councils and other consultants. Manage project timelines, budgets and technical quality. Mentor junior team members and review their work.
