The position: We’re looking for an Enterprise New Business Manager to drive new customer growth and build long-term partnerships across Australia. Reporting to the Head of Sales (ANZ), you’ll own the end-to-end sales process for National networks and Enterprise-sized accounting practices. With a strong focus on relationship-building, you’ll use your experience generating new business and your connections within the accounting industry to convert new logos and support FYI’s growth. Key responsibilities: Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach and high-touch relationship building, including face-to-face meetings, referrals, events and partner engagement. Lead discovery conversations, demonstrations and tailored solution discussions aligned to prospect needs and practice workflows. Own and manage a healthy sales pipeline, progressing opportunities with clarity, momentum and strong follow-up. Achieve or exceed new business revenue and seat targets through consultative selling and disciplined deal execution. Ensure a smooth, high-quality handover of signed clients to the Client Success team, setting onboarding up for success. Represent FYI professionally at industry events, conferences, webinars and partner forums, building brand presence and credibility. About you: 5 years’ experience in Business Development or Account Management. Extensive experience selling to accounting firms is required. Experience selling productivity or workflow tools is highly regarded. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align client needs to product value. Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of confidence presenting to and meeting with firm partners and senior stakeholders. Ability to travel interstate for client meetings and events as required. You will need valid working rights in Australia and the ability to complete satisfactory background and verification checks, as part of our standard recruitment process. Why work for FYI?
