Click here to view position description As a key member of the ATSICHS Brisbane team, the ATSICHS Power Platform Specialist will play a key role in contributing to the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions across ATSICHS Brisbane. This role focuses on developing scalable, robust, and efficient custom applications that align with the organization's business objectives and strategic priorities. By leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, the specialist will drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Duties Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other supported tools. Engage with stakeholders to understand and analyse business needs ensuring a comprehensive translation of requirements into functional technical specifications. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Ensure all data practices comply with relevant Australian data protection regulations, such as the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Plan and contribute to projects using the guidance set out in the Project Management Framework. Provide service delivery in line with your team’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a key focus on customer service. Skills And Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field; or Diploma in relevant field 3 years relevant experience in the field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar Information Technology related role. Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 tools. Demonstrated knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols. Sound understanding of relational database technologies and designing data models. AND Applied knowledge of authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services, including in-depth understanding of its capabilities, boundaries, and constraints. Demonstrated development experience with Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Microsoft Azure. Advanced problem solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and work well with diverse teams. Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Project management skills Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GIT Additional Requirements National Police Certificate.
