With business booming, we are expanding our kitchen team and looking for passionate individuals to join our fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for two distinct pathways: Experienced Cook (Reliable, fast-paced professionals) Apprentice Chef (Permanent Full-Time; a career kick-starter) The Roles: What You’ll Do Whether you’re an industry veteran or a rising star, you’ll be an integral part of our culinary team. For the Pros (Experienced Cook): You’ll prepare and present high-quality dishes, collaborate on seasonal specials, and help maintain our high standards of food safety and kitchen culture. For the Fresh Talent (Apprentice): You'll learn the ropes of a commercial kitchen under the mentorship of our senior chefs, and attend TAFE (Ourimbah Campus) one day a week. What You Bring to the Table Passion: A genuine love for food and creating exceptional dining experiences. Work Ethic: A positive attitude, a "team-first" mentality, and the ability to stay calm when the dockets are flying. Flexibility: We are a leading 7-day venue. You’ll need strong availability across a roster including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Experience: For our Casual roles, previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen is essential. For our Apprentice, we just need your hunger to learn and a strong work ethic! Why Gosford RSL?
