Here, you’ll gain exposure to advanced treatments such as implants, orthodontics, all-on-4 restorations, cosmetic smile makeovers, and even facial aesthetics. You’ll learn from industry leaders and be part of a team that’s passionate about professional growth and continuous improvement. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will: Welcome new and existing patients with warmth and professionalism Confidently communicate treatment options and value-added services Handle phone and in-person enquiries with a service-and-sales mindset Manage bookings, accounts, and patient follow-ups Support our clinicians and contribute to a smooth front-of-house flow Help our patients say “yes” to the care they need and want And of course… give Dogtor Bruce and Dogtor Dave plenty of cuddles! What we’re looking for: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client engagement (any industry welcome!)
