We are seeking a confident and capable Service Coordinator to provide structured operational coverage across early mornings, evenings and weekends. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in real-time coordination, can think clearly under pressure, and enjoys being the calm point of contact during critical service periods. Important Availability Requirement This role operates on a fixed 4-week rotating roster. You must be available to work all rotations listed below. Rotating Roster (4-Week Cycle) Week One Thursday & Friday: 6:00am – 10:00am Saturday: 6:00am – 2:00pm Week Two Thursday & Friday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm Saturday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Week Three Monday & Tuesday: 6:00am – 10:00am Sunday: 6:00am – 2:00pm Week Four Monday & Tuesday: 6:00am – 10:00am Sunday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Penalty rates apply in accordance with the SCHADS Award. About the Role As a Service Coordinator (Rotational), you will: Coordinate roster changes and manage short-notice call-ins Arrange shift coverage within approved compatibility guidelines Provide first-response support for low to moderate incidents Ensure incidents are documented and escalated appropriately Maintain accurate participant and service documentation Provide structured handover to senior staff after each shift You will work independently within defined policies and clear escalation pathways.
