The opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role within the Financial Reporting team. As Finance Business Partner, you’ll support operational and leadership teams through insightful financial reporting, accurate reconciliations, funding oversight, and compliance with aged care regulatory requirements. You’ll partner closely with the business, identifying opportunities for process improvement, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy. Extensive experience processing, reconciling and reporting on high volume complex financial information. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial information. Demonstrated well developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to establish effective working relationship with a broad cross section of internal and external customers. Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements relevant to the aged care industry. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions. Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to determine work priorities and to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines. Extensive experience in the use of MS Office applications. Current NSW Drivers Licence. Desirable: CPA or CA qualified (or progressing towards) Previous experience in Aged Care with knowledge of Aged Care and Retirement Village Acts.
