We’re a well-respected commercial window company based on the Central Coast, specialising in custom fabrication of aluminium window and door systems. We manufacture and install a wide range of projects — from smaller 1 off commercial jobs through to large multi-storey developments. With continued growth and a steady pipeline of work, we are looking for a reliable, skilled Fabricator to join our team in a full-time position. About the Role This role involves fabrication of commercial aluminium windows and custom components in our Factory. Our work isn’t production-line based — we handle a variety of custom projects, so attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential. You’ll be working with an experienced team that values quality, safety, and doing the job properly. What We Offer $30–$40 per hour (depending on experience) Overtime available Monthly RDO Full-time, long-term position Stable work with consistent hours Supportive team environment We reward our staff — company days, BBQs, lunches, support & Training Variety of projects (custom work — no two jobs the same) Key Requirements To be considered, you must have: 2–3 years fabrication experience (preferred) Current driver’s licence and reliable transport Ability to read and interpret fabrication documents and plans Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team Strong focus on workplace safety Reliable with a solid work ethic Ability to retain information and follow instructions accurately Physically fit (manual handling required) Highly Regarded (But Not Essential) CNC knowledge Forklift Licence Truck licence
