Certificate III Trainee Educator (Full-Time ) Rate: Experience dependent This opportunity is ideal for someone beginning their journey in early childhood education who feels genuinely called to work alongside children. We are looking for someone who: Is naturally warm, calm, and emotionally regulated Notices children’s cues and responds with sensitivity and care Understands that behaviour is communication Values connection before correction Is willing to enrol in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (TAFE or registered provider) Is 18 years or older Is eager to learn, reflect, and grow within a supportive team In this role, you will be mentored by experienced educators who prioritise relationship-based practice. You will learn how to build secure attachments, create safe environments, and support children’s emotional development with intention and care. Room Leader (Full-Time) Rate: Above award, based on experience We are seeking a confident, reflective, and emotionally attuned Room Leader who understands that leadership begins with relationships. The right person will: Be deeply responsive to children’s emotional and developmental needs Create a calm, regulated, and secure learning environment Guide children through big emotions with empathy and confidence Lead a child-led, inquiry-based curriculum grounded in connection Mentor and support educators in relational and reflective practice Build strong, respectful partnerships with families Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (completed) Demonstrated experience in an early childhood setting Experience leading or co-leading a room Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework Commitment to reflective practice and team collaboration A warm, professional, and grounded presence Why Join Belong Early Learning?
