Support for the Council will focus on partnering to understanding the business, advising, and training Council users on how to implement the Information Management Framework within their context, and supporting the ongoing enhancement to the framework. About You Our ideal applicant will have: Strong experience providing effective information management consultancy / partnering services / change support, training, and instructional design in, and advising on data and information management processes, procedures, policies, responsibilities, and best-practices. Experience managing small projects from concept to delivery. Strong ability to provide high level advice on policy / practice, and the management and workflows of corporate information and records in a dynamic technological environment Experience in multi-faceted stakeholder management, with strong consultation, relationship building, communication and negotiation skills, and an ability to support in change with key stakeholders. Strong knowledge in information management legislation and requirements in a Local Government context, with a proven ability in interpreting technical information and translating appropriate to the audience. Experience in maintaining data quality frameworks. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, with demonstrated experience designing and delivering training and artefacts with multiple delivery techniques for a diverse organisation.
