Key Responsibilities: Assemble and fit out caravans and horse floats, including welding, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications. Install and maintain structural components, doors, windows, and interior fittings. Work with a range of materials, including steel, aluminum, timber, and composites. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair issues as needed. Collaborate with designers and other tradespeople to meet customer expectations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in caravan, trailer, or horse float building preferred. Proficiency in welding, metal fabrication, and carpentry. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
